PANO E PROSA ships the ordered product(s) from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 7 pm, excluding public holidays, and according to the days and times used by the logistics company, to the delivery address indicated by the customer.
Our delivery service does not include a scheduling option, so the order will be delivered without prior contact from the carrier, and it is necessary to ensure that someone is present at the delivery address.
The delivery time may vary depending on the destination country. The estimated delivery time in Europe varies between 5-10 business days. Rest of the world: 15-25 business days.
PANO E PROSA will inform the customer of the unavailability of the ordered product(s) and will refund the amount paid within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from the moment the unavailability is known.
If you do not receive your order within a maximum period of 90 (ninety) days from the date of payment for the order, please send an email to panoeprosa94@gmail.com informing us of what happened. After this period, PANO E PROSA cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.
